Principal Advisor
Joshua Callahan is a growth-focused business coach and innovation advisor with a strong track record of supporting startups and small businesses across sectors including agriculture, tourism, healthcare, renewable energy, retail, and technology. His human-centered approach helps organizations scale, strengthen operations, navigate team dynamics, and secure funding through grants, investment, and lending.
Joshua brings over 15 years of leadership and strategy experience, managing complex financial operations with diverse teams across Western Canada and advising governments and Indigenous communities on economic development and strategic innovation initiatives. As a co-founder of an agri-tech startup and occasional instructor at Yukon University, he blends entrepreneurial insight with practical, cross-sector expertise. He’s known for connecting business owners with the right experts and resources to fuel growth and build long-term resilience, especially during times of change.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys life in the Yukon with his family, listening to vinyl records, meditating, and cross-country skiing in the winter.

Andy Dai is a financial strategist and entrepreneurship coach, dedicated to empowering start-ups and small businesses with innovative growth strategies and sound financial advice. Andy's philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach, where financial acumen meets personalized business coaching, ensuring every strategy is tailored and primed for success. With a background in commercial lending, Andy offers creative approaches for growth capital access including debt financing and grants and subsidies for faster and more predictable business growth.
Outside of coaching, Andy is passionate about traveling with a most recent trip to Portugal. He enjoys the outdoors and can be seen trekking the many trails and mountains in the Vancouver area where he calls home.

Business Advisor
Carlos is passionate about entrepreneurship and social impact, with 8+ years of experience in entrepreneurial support, project management, marketing, and business development. He leads National Partnerships at JA Canada providing support to 14 offices nationwide to deliver programs in entrepreneurship, career readiness, and financial literacy. He has also worked with Spring and Small Business BC developing partnerships and initiatives for the start-up community. As an advisor, he's excited to bring his business acumen and experience to support entrepreneurs. In El Salvador, he led a social impact initiative helping high school students develop soft skills through a 12-week entrepreneurship program.
Outside of work, Carlos is an avid cook, a passionate traveler, and deeply enjoys immersing himself in new cultures, reflecting his curiosity and drive to learn and grow in all aspects of life.
